Lack of posting is due to my total efforts being put into not cheating the diet and trying to focus on a stress reliever other than food. Running, Walking, Hiking, Reading, Cleaning are some that work almost as well as shoving a giant piece of bread into my mouth. But 18 days sure feels like the worlds longest amount of time.
