I'm dirty minded, I blame my totally dirty minded mother. She grabbed Kday's butt one time you know... But this race brings "dirty" to a whole new level.
THE DIRTY DASH It's gonna rock my world. Running a 10K is effort, running a 10 K through sludge and pits of mud will be the closest thing to "whipeout" as I'll ever get. Too bad, I love that show.
