Once upon a time Kday and I schlepped all the way up the mountain to start a little tradition of cutting down a Christmas tree. I hiked all over the mountain and couldn't find a single tree that was worthy of riding home with us.
So now we go to the parking lot of "Kings," a vacant grocery store parking lot and the trees there are awesome. I've always found a tree that screams "take me home."
The only thing better than my first year of Christmas as a mom...
The second year of Christmas as a mom. I yearn to preserve every memory that I savor with Lady this time of year. I love it, I love it all. These are the Mama Moments of Christmas time and I'm eating them up like sugar plums.

Watching Miss Layla smile and laugh makes me giggle. The pics were great, per usual. Is it possible to take everything off say 6 or 12 months worth of blogging and put it onto a DVD to keep for the future?????
