SYSTEMATICALLY SPEAKING

Wow, how I love love love structure. Kday's change from the consistency of the advertising firm - over to the arbitrary system of the bike shop... left me a little shaken not stirred. Well, in all honesty it left me feeling upside down, inside out and dizzied. My structure, monthly budgeting methods, and feeling of security all went down the tube in a jiffy. It was a necessary change - one such that has helped encourage a little more flexibility on my part. That being said, I've been dying to get back into the KIT routines. Life back at the ad-agency is much more predictable and reliable and I think we're both loving it.
Thus, in the process of rearranging my life again - I've neglected thee. Here's a crash course on our happenings.
Kday himself turned a ripe old age of 31....
Talk about unpredictability - I never know what he likes in a cake, so I went with his favorite treat instead.
Introducing - the worlds largest - double layer rice-crispy cake.

Buca's been sick again. Cold and fever.
Seems like that's all we've been doing around here.
Had her first BIeach Bath....
Wasn't too painful thanks to Becky for gifting Layla some fun new bath toys!
Lady's wound is almost completely closed up and scabbed over. Yay
Ran some necessary errands with my Mr. Kash
He's oh so handsome.
With an unpredictable job comes the joys of an unpredictable income -
Haven't been shopping in two months.
Thanks to some mystery money that showed up in the mail and a little relief fund from another special person,
I spent 3 hours in the chaos of C0stco and Wally-World
The goods
More goods
Before

Ahhhhh..... After

It can't be said enough that I'm happy to be back in a life of organized chaos. I love to know what's coming up next. Call it boring if you desire. I call it home.
I will admit that a little piece of my heart was left at BikeFix. A lot of blood, sweat, and tears went into that place and I know Kday and I were happy to journey that adventure together. It will still be a little part of our daily doings... a more predictable and manageable part. I mean really, did you all think that Kday had it in him to let go of the bike industry completely? Never. Which is fine - cuz bikes equal happiness in his life, thus it equals happiness in mine.

I, too, love to be organized and I cherish routine. Happy to see your fridge full. Hope Buca gets feeling better. Kash is very handsome and so is that Kevi guy!
