5 Miles with Becky yesterday. I'm loving my new Garmin Forerunner 110 that charts my run, heart rate and speed. I cursed Kday's name a little on the hill (he planned the route) but good conversation made it easily tolerable. I'll make sure and get a pic next time. Loving running in this fall weather. And love gazing at the snow dusted mountains during morning yoga practice today.

And some other stuff that's not interesting whatsoever.

I love my garmin too! It makes my runs more meaningful. I love seeing when I am running super fast or super slow.
1/2 marathon here we come!
Garmin sounds awesome. Cute little Gremlin she is! I ordered to charm packs of that fabric today; should be here next Tuesday. Let me know if you need me to run to quilt shop tomorrow and get the rest of that fabric for curtains.
